My background spans large-enterprise leadership (global cyber and governance programs at Fortune 500 / Global 50 scale) and hands-on work with upper-end SMB and trades businesses. The method is the same at every size: get the operations and data clean first, remove key-person dependency, then layer only the automation that actually reduces work.

I am based in Northwest Florida and work with clients across the region and beyond. I prefer building programs that the client team can eventually own.
